ASrIA is looking for a new Executive Director, to assume responsibilities in October 2008
Candidates must be highly motivated by the opportunity ASrIA offers to work with its members, its core staff and partners, to grow the sustainable finance industry in Asia. Since ASrIA's inception in 2000 this field has expanded substantially, reflected for example in the number of Asian corporations and financial institutions developing sustainability policies and practices, the number of SRI funds listed in the region, the level of microfinance activity and the emergence of carbon finance and clean tech markets.
ASrIA has strong networks across the region. It also has a reputation for insightful, Asia-oriented research and analysis for sustainable investment. The successful candidate will demonstrate that they can build on this core foundation to take ASrIA forward in ways to match the growth of the industry.
The application deadline is the 20th August, 2008.
